材料:鮮雞 1隻、香菇、紅棗、淮山、杞子、薑
做法:
1. 淮山去皮後馬上放入鹽水中,以防氧化變黑
2. 香菇泡軟,紅棗洗淨
3. 雞切塊汆水備用
4. 除淮山及枸杞外,將所有材料放入鍋
5. 水裝8分滿,大火煮至水滾轉中火煮至雞肉8分熟
6. 再放淮山煮至全熟後加枸杞再滾幾分鐘,加鹽調味即可
