功效:補氣養血、補腎健脾胃
材料:蓮藕 1斤、豬骨半斤、黑豆、花生、蜜棗
做法:
1. 豬骨清洗乾淨,加2片薑,汆水備用
2. 花生及黑豆浸水半小時
3. 蓮藕洗淨切細件備用
4. 水大滾,將所有材料入煲,先大火煮半小時,然後轉中小火煮1.5小時,加入適量食鹽調味即可
