做法:
1. 清洗西洋蔘、石斛、玉竹備用
2. 浸泡陳皮備用
3. 豬骨汆水備用
4. 陳皮浸軟後用匙勺刮囊
5. 把所有材料放入一大深鍋中,放水。大火煮滾後,轉中小火,煮2小時即成.
