做法:
1)牛筋腩洗乾抹乾備用
2)薯仔、洋蔥去皮切件,蕃茄切件備用
3)薑切片
4)下油爆香薑片,放入牛筋腩煎至金黃色,轉大火及倒入沸水
5)滾起後加入餘下材料
6)水大滾,轉細火煲1小時即成。
