功效:清熱消滯,治牙肉腫痛,虛火上升
湯包內有:芫荽1扎、鯇魚片半斤、皮蛋 2個、薑 少許
做法:
1)芫荽洗淨去根部;薑切片;皮蛋去殼洗淨一開4片。
2)鯇魚片放入紹慶酒1茶匙、生抽1茶匙、蔴油1茶匙及少許白胡椒粉醃製10分鐘。
3)煮沸1公升水後加入薑片,芫茜、皮蛋煮10分鐘
4)後加入魚片煮3分鐘,最後加入鹽作調味即可。
