材料:羊肚菌、石斛、太子參、蓮子、無花果、蜜棗、乳鴿一隻
做法:
1)食材洗乾淨
2)羊肚菌提前半小時浸泡備用
3)乳鴿切塊汆水備用
4)羊肚菌泡發後,原湯留著
5)所有材料除了羊肚菌放炖鍋隔水炖煮1小時
6)加入羊肚菌再炖煮半小時後即可
