材料:綠豆、蓮子、茨實、陳皮、鮮淮山1條、豬骨 半斤
做法:
1)豬骨清洗乾淨,加2片薑,汆水備用
2)綠豆、蓮子、茨實、陳皮先以水浸20分鐘
3)淮山去皮切段洗淨
4)水大滾,將所有材料放入大滾十五分鐘,轉細火煲1.5小時便成
