湯包內有:節瓜2個、鹹蛋1隻、薑 少許、瘦肉半斤
做法:
1)節瓜去皮切件;鹹蛋分開蛋黃及蛋白;瘦肉切片。
2)瘦肉先用生抽、砂糖、麻油及生粉醃15分鐘。
3)水滾後加入薑片、節瓜、瘦肉及鹹蛋黃,用中火煮20分鐘。
4)最後加入鹹蛋白拌勻即可。
