湯包內有:節瓜 2條、牛肉片 4両、硬豆腐
做法:
1)節瓜刮皮,對切,切片。豆腐切粒。
2)牛肉加入少許糖、粟粉、生抽及蔴油拌勻醃約15分鐘。
3)熱油鍋加入牛肉炒開,再加入節瓜,加入滾水後再加入豆腐,蓋上以中火煮5分鐘。
4)開蓋,加鹽調味即可。
