材料:節瓜 2個、章魚乾 1塊、赤小豆、扁豆、薏米、陳皮、蜜棗、瘦肉半斤
做法:
1)果皮浸軟後去囊
2)赤小豆、扁豆、薏米浸半小時備用
3)節瓜去皮切細
4)章魚浸軟清洗
5)瘦肉切塊汆水備用
6)水滾後,放入所有材料,水再滾轉細火煲1.5小時
