材料:羊肚菌、茶樹菇、姬松茸、蟲草花、竹笙、紅棗、杞子、薑片、粟米一條、雞1隻
做法:
1)食材洗乾淨,粟米切塊
2)羊肚菌提前半小時浸泡備用
3)羊肚菌泡發後,原湯留著
4)雞切塊汆水備用
5)水滾後,除了羊肚菌放入所有材料
6)大火煮滾後, 轉小火煲1.5小時
7)再加入羊肚菌煮半小時後加鹽調味即可
