材料:木瓜1個、茨實、淮山、花生、眉豆、雞腳半斤、瘦肉 半斤
做法:
1. 浸泡茨實、淮山、花生、眉豆約15分鐘
2. 木瓜去核切件
3. 瘦肉及雞腳汆水備用
4. 把所有材料放入一大深鍋中,放水。大火煮滾後,轉中小火,煮2小時即成.
