材料:蓮藕半斤、去皮栗子、茨實、淮山、花生、眉豆、蜜棗2粒、陳皮、粟米 1條、雞腳半斤、瘦肉 半斤
做法:
1. 清洗栗子,浸泡陳皮、茨實、淮山、花生、眉豆備用
2. 蓮藕去皮切件,浸水備用
3. 雞腳汆水備用
4. 陳皮浸軟後用匙勺刮囊
5. 把所有材料放入一大深鍋中,放水。大火煮滾後,轉中小火,煮2小時即成.
