功效:理氣平喘、化痰止咳、滋補肺氣
材料:生魚1條、瘦肉半斤、陳皮 、南北杏 、海底椰 、薑
做法:
1. 藥材洗淨,稍浸泡
2. 生魚洗淨(姨姨已幫忙去鰓及內臟)
3. 熱鑊用油爆香薑片,魚身煎至底面金黃色,放入魚袋備用
4. 瘦肉洗淨後先汆水
5. 水滾後放入所有材料,再水滾後調細火,煲約2至2.5小時即成
