做法:
1)冬瓜削皮去瓤切塊。
2)薏仁洗淨用溫水泡2小時。蔥切段,薑切片。排骨汆水備用。
3)煮一鍋水,水滾後放入冬瓜、排骨、薏仁、薑片,水滾後轉小火煮至薏仁軟綿,以鹽調味即可。
